Registration is on for the Uganda National Baristas Association

Rolled out in June 2020, Uganda National Barista Association (UNBA) is an association for Ugandan Baristas that seeks to represent the interests of baristas working in Uganda and those working outside the country.

UNBA is a vehicle for baristas that is aimed at helping them to get job placement as well as facilitating their investment aspirations. We have in place a barista SACCO in which every member saves and can also borrow for personal development. We are also venturing in real estate, so that our baristas can own land and setup/own structures through their savings/investments in the barista SACCO. UNBA also facilitates travel and job placement for baristas who may wish to work outside Uganda especially in the Middle East.
