Uganda Arabica and Robusta Coffee Handbook

These handbooks have been prepared to guide Arabica Coffee farmers and other value chain players on best coffee production methods in respect to Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) including soil nutrient management, pests and disease management and control, harvesting and post-harvest handling, coffee farming as a business and coffee regulations

Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) therefore strongly recommends these handbooks to coffee farmers, extension staff, coffee buyers, processors, exporters and anybody with interest in coffee.
